Why did I win a character I already own?

This is how a prize machine works! Each time you spin every character is available to win - even the ones you already have - so the closer you get to unlocking them all the less likely you are to win a new figurine each time you play the prize machine. We have, however, built in an algorithm so that you will eventually win a new figurine even if you have been really unlucky with the prize machine.
