How can I sync my progress with Google Play?

For Google Play to sync progress you must have a Google Play Games Account and be signed in.

To sign in from within Crossy Road, select the ‘up’ arrow on the right of the start screen and press the Google Play Games button which looks like a crown.

• You will be prompted to create an account if you have not got an account or have not signed in to Google Play Games.

• If you have a Google Play Games Account and have signed in, your account will automatically sign in after pressing the button.

The progress from your Google Play Games account will now sync.

If you are trying to sync progress from an old device to a new one, you will need to ensure that:

• The Google Play Games accounts are the same

• Your old device has synced the game previously following the steps above.

Progress can take up to 1 hour before it will sync with Google Play Games.

If your progress has not returned: Play the tutorial with the Chicken figurine, force close the app, wait 5-10 minutes, and then re-open it. Upon launching, the Google Play Games sign-in process should begin automatically and a banner will appear on screen. If this does not occur, the sign-in may not have been completed. Try and repeat the steps above.

You cannot use Google Play Games to sync your coins between devices. If you are transferring to a new device please contact our support team at support@hipsterwhale.com with a screenshot of your coin count to be transferred.
